Mellow Moolah Promotion - Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the "Spend $100, Get $10 Mellow Moolah" promotion (the "Promotion"). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Promotion Earning Period:

The Promotion earning window will begin November 1, 2025 (the "Earning Period") and will end at midnight EST on November 14, 2025.

Eligibility:

• To be eligible for this Promotion, you must make a qualifying purchase of at least $100 in a single transaction during the Promotion Period.

Mellow Moolah Redemption:

• Eligible participants will receive $10 in Mellow Moolah for each qualifying purchase of $100.
• Mellow Moolah can be earned during the Earning Period and be redeemed during our Danksgiving Shopping Event (the “Redemption Period”).
• The maximum daily earnings limit is $10 per participant, regardless of the total amount spent in a single day or order.
• Mellow Moolah earnings can be combined with savings from the Mellow Fam Club loyalty program.

Code Distribution:

• Participants who qualify for Mellow Moolah will receive a unique redemption code at the beginning of our Danksgiving Shopping Event.
• The redemption code can only be used during the Redemption Period and is non-transferable.

Returns:

• If you make a return for any items purchased during the Promotion and your total qualifying purchase falls below $100, the Mellow Moolah associated with that purchase will no longer be eligible for use.
• Returns for items that were purchased with Mellow Moolah will not result in the re-issuance of Mellow Moolah or a refund.

General Terms:

• Mellow Moolah has no cash value and can only be used for purchases on Mellow Fellow's online store.
• Mellow Moolah can be combined with other discounts or promotions.
• The participant is responsible for any applicable taxes and fees associated with the use of Mellow Moolah.
• Mellow Fellow reserves the right to modify or terminate this Promotion at any time, at their sole discretion.
• This Promotion is subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Please note that by participating in this Promotion, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the forfeiture of Mellow Moolah and disqualification from the Promotion.
