Standard orders ship within 1 to 2 business days and typically arrive in 3 to 7 business days. Free shipping is included on all orders over $80. Tracking details are sent to your email once the package leaves our warehouse.
We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Defective devices are covered by our product warranty. Start a return by submitting the form above with the topic set to Returns and your order number.
First, make sure the device is fully charged and the airflow path is clear. If it still isn't working, send us a message with the topic set to Device Issues. Include your order number and a short description of what's happening. We'll get a replacement out fast if it's covered.
Age verification is required at checkout. Most customers are verified automatically when logged in. If your verification fails, log into your account and try again, or contact us with the topic set to ID Verification for manual review.
Earn points on every order, on reviews, and on referrals. Redeem points for discounts at checkout. You can see your balance any time at the bottom of any page when you're logged in.
We ship to most US states. A small number of states have restrictions based on local law. The checkout will let you know if your address falls outside our shipping zone before payment.
Tracking is sent to your email when the order ships. You can also find the tracking link in your account under Order History. If it's been more than 3 business days and you haven't received a tracking email, contact us with the topic set to Order Status.
